纽曼系统模式在肝硬化失代偿期患者护理中的应用

Application of Neuman system model in nursing care of patients with decompensated cirrhosis

目的探讨纽曼系统模式在肝硬化失代偿期患者护理中的应用效果。方法选择2017年3月至2019年2月收治的肝硬化失代偿期患者76例为研究对象,按照护理方法不同等分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组在对照组基础上采用纽曼系统模式护理方法,比较两组干预前后生活质量量表(SF-36)及症状自评表(SCL-90)评分情况。结果干预前,两组生活质量量表和症状自评量表各项评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后观察组生活质量量表各项评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),干预后观察组症状自评量表各项评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对肝硬化失代偿期患者采用纽曼系统模式护理方法进行干预,能够提高患者的生活质量,改善其躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系敏感等症状,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of Neuman system model in nursing care of patients with decompensated cirrhosis.Methods To select 76 cases of patients with decompensated cirrhosis who were treated from March 2017 to February 2019 as the study objects,and according to the nursing methods,they were divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group adopted conventional nursing methods,and the observation group adopted the nursing method based on Neuman system model on the basis of the control group to compare the quality of life scale(SF-36)and symptom checklist 90(SCL-90)scores of the two groups before and after intervention.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in SF-36 scores and SCL-90 scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the SF-36 scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the SCL-90 scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of the nursing method based on Neuman system model for patients with decompensated cirrhosis can improve the living quality of the patients and improve their somatization,obsessive-compulsive symptoms,interpersonal sensitivity and other symptoms,which was worth popularizing and applying.
