摘要
目的深入探讨“网约护士”的核心能力,为“网约护士”的任用、培训、考核提供参考依据。方法运用现象学研究法,于2019年12月1—31日选取23名研究对象进行深度访谈,采用Colaizzi7步分析法进行分析归纳提炼主题。结果“网约护士”的核心能力主要体现在居家护理实践能力、评判性思维能力、沟通协调能力、管理能力、法律伦理实践能力、专业发展能力6个维度。结论“网约护士”各维度相辅相成、相互促进。构建以核心能力为导向的“网约护士”培训体系,注重法律伦理实践的引导教育,是保证“网约护士”健康发展的重要举措。
Objective To in-depth discuss the core competence of"online appointment nurses"for providing reference for the appointment,training and assessment of"online appointment nurses".Methods The phenomenological study method was used,23 study subjects were selected for in-depth interviews from December 1 to 31,2019,and the Colaizzi 7-step analysis method was used to analyze,summarize and refine the theme.Results The core competence of"online appointment nurses"was mainly embodied in the six dimensions of home nursing practice ability,critical thinking ability,communication and coordination ability,management ability,legal ethics practice ability,and professional development ability.Conclusion The dimensions of"online appointment nurses"complement and promote each other,so constructing a core competency-oriented"online appointment nurses"training system and focusing on the guidance and education of legal and ethical practices were important measures to ensure the healthy development of"online appointment nurses".
