口腔临床实习教学是口腔医学生教育培养过程中的重要阶段,也被认为是毕业后能否胜任口腔医师岗位的黄金阶段。受师生比的限制,护理带教往往和实习医师形成“一对一”的操作学习模式,而优质护理则能够在树立医德医风、处理医患关系、规避医疗差错、人文关怀养成等诸多方面和带教老师专注的专业知识和技能培养相辅相成,互有侧重,从而为培养全方位、多技能、宽口径的口腔医师奠定基础。

To teach for oral clinical practice was an important stage in the education and training process of stomatologic students,and it was also considered to be the golden stage of being qualified for the position of dentist after graduation.Due to the limitation of the teacher-student ratio,nursing teachers often form a"one-to-one"operation learning model with interns.However high-quality nursing can complement and focus on the professional knowledge and skills training of teachers in various aspects such as establishing medical ethics,handling doctor-patient relationships,avoiding medical errors,and fostering humanistic care,so as to laying the foundation for cultivating all-round,multi-skilled and wide-caliber dentists.
