Problems in Altruistic Behavior of Children and Teenagers and Cultivation Measures

培养少年儿童利他行为是道德教育的必要环节和重要内容,但少年儿童利他行为显示出行为目的功利化、利他范围小和行为从众性的问题。少先队是党领导下的少年儿童群众组织,少先队活动因其特殊的德育功能为培育少年儿童利他行为提供了可能,通过少先队活动实现榜样育人、阵地育人、仪式育人将成为有效培育少年儿童利他行为的可行之道。

Cultivating children and teenagers’altruistic behavior is a necessary link and important content of moral education,but the altruistic behavior of children and teenagers shows the problems of utilitarianization,small altruistic scope and behavioral conformity.Young Pioneers is an organization of children and teenagers under the leadership of the Communist Party of China.Young Pioneers’activities,due to their special moral education function,provide the possibility to cultivate altruistic behavior of children and teenagers.The realization of model education,organization education and ritual education through Young Pioneers’activities will become a feasible way to effectively cultivate altruistic behavior of children and teenagers.
