论园艺活动对某校4—6年级学生自我意识发展的影响 被引量:1

摘要 采用对照组实验法的研究方法进行,随机抽取长沙市某小学四五六年级40名学生,分实验组和控制组2组。实验组参加7次系统的园艺活动,控制组参加除园艺活动外的与实验组一样的学校课程学习与活动。采用Piers-Harris儿童自我意识量表评估干预前、干预后的小学生自我意识水平。结果发现:园艺活动对儿童自我意识的焦虑(P=0.046,P<0.05)与合群(P=0.01,P<0.05)两方面有显著的促进作用。同时,对儿童自我意识的行为、智力与学校情况、躯体外貌与属性以及幸福与满足的发展均有积极的影响。园艺活动在一定程度能促进小学生心理健康发展。 Objective:To explore the effect of horticultural activities on the development of primary school students’self-consciousness.Methods:40 students in Grade 4 to 6 of a primary school in Changsha were randomly selected and divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group participated in 7 times of systematic horticultural activities,while the control group took part in the same school courses and activities as the experimental group except gardening activities.The level of self-awareness of primary school students before and after the intervention was assessed by piers Harris children’s self-awareness scale.Conclusion:Horticultural activities can significantly promote children’s self-consciousness anxiety(P=0.046,P<0.05)and gregarious(P=0.01,P<0.05).At the same time,it has a positive impact on children’s self-awareness behavior,intelligence and school situation,physical appearance and attributes,as well as the development of happiness and satisfaction.Horticultural activities can promote the mental health of primary school students to a certain extent.
