摘要
幼儿教师戏剧教育观对幼儿园戏剧教育实践的开展有着举足轻重的导向作用。为了解和改善幼儿教师戏剧教育观状况,我们对西安市负责组织戏剧教育的178名幼儿教师进行深入调查。结果发现:幼儿教师戏剧教育观主要有三大问题:一是缺乏对戏剧教育的全面、系统的认识,二是幼儿戏剧教育观念尚未达到内化水平,三是存在重视表演结果大于过程表现的倾向。改善幼儿教师戏剧教育观应做到:丰富幼儿教师的戏剧教育理论知识和经验,提高幼儿教师的戏剧教育反思能力,加强幼儿戏剧教育教研和培训。
Preschool teachers’view of drama education plays an important role in guiding the practice of drama education in kindergartens.In order to understand and improve the level of kindergarten teachers’drama education,178 kindergarten teachers who organized drama education in Xi’an were investigated.The results show three main problems:first,the lack of comprehensive and systematic understanding of drama education;second,it has not reached the level of internalization;third,there is a tendency to attach more importance to performance results than process performance.Therefore,it is necessary to enrich preschool teachers’theoretical knowledge and experience in drama education,improve their reflective ability in drama education,and strengthen teaching,research and training in drama education.
