摘要 针对汽车发动机进气歧管前期布置,利用历史积累的数据以及经验,较全面的进行了分析和定义。对自然吸气发动机而言,进气支管长度选择范围在380~550 mm之间,进气支管直径根据经验公式进行初步计算,进气歧管稳压腔容积设计为发动机排量的55%左右。对于可变长度进气歧管、可变稳压腔容积进气歧管、可变涡流进气歧管以及可控燃烧速率进气歧管的结构、前期布置和其他附件在进气歧管上的布置也做了一定程度的研究和分析。 In view of the preliminary arrangement of the intake manifold of the automobile engine,by using the data and experience accumulated in history,this paper analyzes and defines it comprehensively.For the naturally aspirated engine,the length of the intake manifold is selected between 380 mm and 550 mm,and the diameter of the intake manifold is preliminarily calculated according to t-he empirical formula.The volume of the pressure stabilizing chamber of the intake manifold is designed to be about 55%of the engine displacement.The structure and preliminary arrangement of variable length intake manifold,variable pressure chamber volume intake manifold,variable swirl intake manifold,controllable combustion rate intake manifold and the arrangement of other accessor-ies on the intake manifold are also studied and analyzed to some extent.
