本文研究了活塞式往复空压机的主要故障模式及占比,分析出了进气脏是造成占比最大窜油故障发生的主要原因,进而设计了一种进气自过滤型空压机,可以有效提高进气质量,延长空压机使用寿命,尤其是在风沙、尘土较大的特殊地区,可以有效延长空压机的使用周期。

This paper studies the main failure modes and proportion of reciprocating air compressor of piston type,analyzes the main reason that the air intake dirt is the one that causes the maximum proportion oil expelling fault,and then designs a kind of air intake self-filtering air compressor,which can effectively improve the quality of the air intake and prolong the service life of the air compressor,especially in the special areas with larger dust and sand,can effectively extend the service life of the air compressor.
