辣椒新品种鄂干椒101的选育

Breeding of a New Hybrid Pepper Variety--‘EGanjiao 101’

‘鄂干椒101’是以自交系HF-1为母本、以自交系GZZY-23为父本配制而成的加工型朝天椒杂交一代新品种。晚熟,始花节位12~14节,植株生长势较强,连续坐果能力强,果实短指形,青果绿色,红果鲜红,果面光滑,二心室,果纵径7 cm,果横径1.4 cm左右,单果质量7.5 g左右,果肉质脆,味辣,辣椒素总含量2.8 g/kg,粗纤维含量34.6 g/100 g。田间表现为中抗CMV、TMV、炭疽病和疮痂病。平均鲜椒产量在27000 kg/hm^2以上,适于湖北省平原地区及高山地区露地栽培。

The new hot pepper F1 hybrid Eganjiao 101 was developed using the inbred line HF-1 as the female parent and inbred line GZZY-23 as the male parent.With strong vigor and late maturity,the variety is excellent in continuous fruit setting.Its first flower appears at the 12~14^th node.With smooth surface,its finger-shaped fruit is in green color and turns into red at maturity.The fruit length and diameter are 7 cm and 1.4 cm,respectively.The average fruit weight is about 7.5 g.The content of total capsaicin and coarse fiber in fruit are 2.8 g/kg and 346 g/kg,respectively.Experiments in open fields showed this variety had middle resistance to CMV,TMV,anthracnose,and bacterial spot.Its average yield is above 27000 kg/hm^2.This variety is suitable for cultivation in open fields or greenhouses in the plain and mountain areas of Hubei province.
