Health Literacy of College Students Majored in Physical Education:Realistic Logic,Potential Risk and Governance Strategy

为深入探析体育专业类大学生健康素养水平,精准诊断健康素养存在的“真问题”,基于精准治理理论,提出健康素养治理策略,为体育专业大学生健康促进工作提供有力的科研证据和精准治理路径。对基于样本计算的468名体育专业在校大学生健康素养进行实证研究,发现“体育专业大学生健康素养存在”整体素养水平偏低且各维度的健康素养发展不均衡,即健康生活方式与行为素养较好,基本知识与理念素养较差,呈现出‘知难行易’现象,成为国家目标达成和其未来工作对象健康的潜在风险。综合体育专业院校、大学生和健康素养的现实,提出了“精准治理,重点突破”“多部联动,立体攻克”治理策略,以期为提升体育专业大学生健康素养,为健康中国和体育强国建设提供理论依据。

Healthy China has set clear goals for the health literacy of the whole people.The health literacy of college students majoring in physical education will profoundly affect the health of themselves and their future work targets.In order to deeply analyze the health literacy level of college students majoring in physical education,accurately diagnose the“real problems”of health literacy.Based on the theory of precision governance,this paper put forward health literacy governance strategies,and provide strong scientific research evidence and precise governance paths for the health promotion of college students who majors in physical education.With empirical research on the health literacy of 468 physical education undergraduates based on sample calculations and in-depth analysis,this paper found that the overall literacy level of physical education students is low and the development of health literacy in various dimensions is uneven,that is,healthy lifestyle and behavioral literacy are good,basic knowledge and conceptual literacy are poor,presenting phenomena such as difficult to understand and easy to do,which has become the potential risk for the achievement of national goals and the health of its future work objects,This paper integrates the reality of sports colleges,students and health literacy,and puts forward the governance strategies of“key breakthrough in precise governance”and“multi-level linkage and three-dimensional attack”,in order to lay the foundation for improving the health literacy of college students majoring in sports and providing health builders for the construction of a healthy and sports power China.
