中国传统高低两用桌案中的榫卯结构研究

目的通过对中国传统高低两用桌案的榫卯结构进行研究,解锁中国古代工匠巧妙的榫卯结构处理方法,为现代设计提供创新灵感。方法以古籍文献考证为基础,对传世的家具实物使用实物拆解、现场测量、3D建模、分析研究等方法。得出中国传统高低两用桌案主要有五大类榫卯机巧结构:四腿单独插接结构、侧腿成组拆卸结构、侧腿成组对折结构、十字交叉折叠结构和四腿固定成框架结构,且每一类别榫卯机巧又有丰富变化,并对每一类榫接机巧结构进行剖析研究。结论中国传统高低两用桌精妙机巧而又科学合理的榫卯结构,可以为现代设计创新提供灵感,为探索现代中国风格的家具提供创新的源泉。中国传统高低两用桌案不仅承载着中国的起居文化,更展现了中国古代工艺技术的发展与进步,以及中国古代工匠创造出的独特的榫卯机巧的创新精神。

The work aims to explore the ingenious mortise and tenon structure methods through the research on the mortise and tenon structure of Chinese traditional high and low dual-purpose table,to provide innovative inspiration for modern design.Based on the textual research of ancient books,and by disassembly,measurement,modeling and analysis of tables handed down,it was concluded that there were five types of mortise and tenon structure to achieve the high and low dual purpose:four-leg independent insertion structure,side legs group disassemble,side legs group folding structure,cross folding structure and four-leg fixed frame structure,and each type of the structure had rich changes which were also studied.Chinese traditional high and low dual-purpose tables have ingenious,scientific and reasonable mortise and tenon structure,which can provide inspiration for modern design innovation and provide innovation source for exploring modern Chinese style furniture.Traditional Chinese high and low dual-purpose table not only carries the traditional living culture of Chinese,but also shows the development and progress of ancient Chinese technology,as well as the unique innovative spirit of mortise and tenon structure skillfully created by ancient Chinese craftsmen.
