应用型本科院校人文地理与城乡规划专业人才培养模式改革研究——以保定学院为例

A Study on the Reform of Talent-training Mode of Human Geography and Urban-rural Planning Specialty in Application-Oriented Universities——A Case Study of Baoding University

人文地理与城乡规划专业作为教育部新设立的本科专业,其人才培养模式一直是学界同仁关注的热点。保定学院人文地理与城乡规划专业于2016年首次招收普通全日制本科学生,至今已有一届毕业生。在四年的专业建设中坚持立德树人,逐步明确专业定位,确立人才培养目标,优化课程体系,强化教学方法与手段,深化多元评价,细化师资培养,不断进行人才培养模式改革,应用型城乡规划专业人才培养质量显著提高,学院服务地方经济社会发展的能力大大增强。

As a newly established undergraduate specialty of the Ministry of Education,the talent-training mode of human geography and urban-rural planning specialty has always been a hot topic in the academic circles.In 2016,this specialty of the Baoding University began to recruit full-time undergraduate students,and there has been a class of graduates so far.In the four years of specialty construction,we insist on cultivating people with moral standing,gradually determine the specialty positioning,establish the talents training objectives,optimize the curriculum system,strengthen the teaching methods and means,deepen the multiple evaluation,refine the teacher training,and constantly carry out the reform of talents training mode,the quality of applied urban-rural planning talents training has been significantly improved and the ability to serve local economic and social development has been greatly enhanced.
