基于大学文化视野下的高校后勤管理服务探析

后勤管理服务不仅是高校管理体系中的一个重要部分,还是高校教学和科研工作正常开展的基础保障。从高校后勤管理服务和大学文化视野的相关内涵入手,分析了大学文化视野下的高校后勤管理服务的必要性,分析了高校后勤管理服务中存在的一些不足之处及原因,最后提出了基于大学文化视野下提升高校后勤管理水平的措施,不仅能够增强高校后勤管理工作的有效性,而且还能提升校园文化的内涵,以期为改进高校后勤管理服务水平提供参考。

Logistics management service is not only an important part of college management system,but also the basic guarantee for the normal development of teaching and scientific research in colleges and universities. Starting with the connotation of college logistics management service and college culture view,the paper analyzes the necessity of college logistics management service under college culture view, analyzes some shortcomings and reasons in college logistics management service, and finally puts forward some measures to improve the level of university logistics management based on university culture vision. It can not only enhance the effectiveness of logistics management in colleges and universities,but also enhance the connotation of campus culture,in order to provide a reference for improving the service level of logistics management.
