一种窄带物联网智慧冷链物流系统设计与实现 被引量:4

Design and implementation of narrow band internet of things smart cold chain logistics

摘要 目前运用于冷链物流数据传输的手段,存在成本高、带电时间短、数据传输不及时等缺点。为解决这些问题,本文引入窄带物联网(NB-IoT)通信方式,提出一种新型的冷链物流方式。选用STM32L476RCT6微处理器搭载温湿度传感器SHT20、GPS定位模块L70-R和NB-IoT模块,运用NB-IoT技术将监测数据更加及时有效地传输到云平台,实现了低功耗传输、数据稳定可靠的需要。经测试,系统可稳定运行,可达到预期效果,能够实现数据稳定上传至云平台,为冷链物流的数据传输提供了一种新思路。 As the pace of modernization in China accelerates,the demand for cold chain logistics is strong.How to combine the emerging internet of things technology with the data transmission of cold chain logistics is our direction of unremitting efforts.The current methods used for cold chain logistics data transmission have disadvantages of high cost,short charging time,and untimely data transmission,etc.In order to solve these problems,narrow band internet of things(NB-IoT)communication method is introduced,and a new cold chain logistics method is proposed.Select STM32L476RCT6 microprocessor equipped with temperature and humidity sensor SHT20,GPS positioning module L70-R and NB-IoT module,and use the NB-IoT technology to transmit the monitoring data to the cloud platform in a more timely and effective manner,realizing the need of low power transmission and obtaining stable and reliable data.After testing,the system can run stably and achieve the expected results.It can stably upload data to the cloud platform,which provides a new idea for the data transmission of cold chain logistics.
