复合益生菌培养物对肉羊生长性能、粪便微生物菌群结构及血液生化指标的影响 被引量:9

Effects of compound probiotic culture on growth performance,fecal microflora structure and blood biochemical indexes of mutton sheep

摘要 为研究复合益生菌培养物对肉羊生长性能、粪便微生物菌群结构及血液生化指标的影响,试验选择体重为(25±2.0)kg健康肉羊80只,随机分成4个组,每组20个重复,每个重复1只,1组为空白对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验2、3、4组分别在基础日粮中添加2.5%、5.0%、10.0%的复合益生菌培养物,试验期为60 d。结果表明:(1)试验3、4组平均日增重较1组比分别提高11.2%、9.5%(P<0.05),试验2、3、4组的干物质采食量均高于1组(P>0.05),试验3、4组料重比较1组相比分别降低11.2%、10.6%(P<0.05);(2)试验3、4组粪便中乳酸杆菌和双歧杆菌的含量较1组相比分别提高20.1%、19.5%、12.6%、13.7%(P<0.05),试验3、4组粪便中大肠杆菌的含量分别降低21.5%、20.1%(P<0.05);(3)试验3、4组血清中总蛋白(TP)含量较1组比分别提高15.5%、15.6%(P<0.05),试验2、3、4组血清中的白蛋白(ALB)含量均高于1组(P>0.05);试验2、3、4组血清中谷草转氨酶(GOT)、血尿素氮(BUN)含量均低于1组(P>0.05),试验3、4组的血清中谷丙转氨酶(GPT)含量较1组相比分别降低11.9%、10.4%(P<0.05)。综上,不同水平复合益生菌培养物的添加可以提高肉羊的生产性能、改善肠道微生物菌群结构,提高肝肾代谢水平,以5.0%添加为适宜。 In order to study the effect of compound probiotic culture on growth performance,fecal microbial community structure and blood biochemical indexes of mutton sheep.80 healthy mutton sheep weighing(25±2.0)kg were randomly divided into 4 groups,20 replicates in each group,one in each replicate.Group 1 was the blank control group and fed basic diet.Groups 2,3,4 respectively added 2.5%,5.0%and 10.0%compound probiotic culture in basic diet for 60 days.The results showed that:(1)The average daily gain of groups 3 and 4 was 11.2%and 9.5%higher than that of group 1 respectively(P<0.05),the dry matter intake of groups 2,3,4 was higher than that of group 1(P>0.05),the ratio of feed to gain of groups 3 and 4 was 11.2%and 10.6%lower than that of group 1 respectively;(2)The content of Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium in feces of groups 3 and 4 was 20.1%,19.5%,12.6%and 13.7%higher than that of group 1 respectively.The contents of E.coli in feces of groups 3 and 4 was decreased by 21.5%and 20.1%respectively(P<0.05);(3)The contents of total protein(TP)in serum of groups 3 and 4 was increased by 15.5%and 15.6%respectively(P<0.05),the contents of albumin(ALB)in serum of groups 2,3 and 4 was higher than that of group 1(P>0.05);the contents of aspartate aminotransferase(GOT)and urea nitrogen(BUN)in serum of groups 2,3 and 4 were lower than that of group 1(P>0.05);the contents of alanine aminotransferase(GPT)in serum of groups 3 and 4 was decreased by 11.9%,10.4%compared with the group 1(P>0.05).The conclusion showed that the addition of different levels of compound probiotic culture could improve the production performance of mutton sheep,improve the structure of intestinal microflora,and improve the level of liver and kidney metabolism,and 5.0%was suitable.
