饲料企业融资难的成因及解决对策研究

Research on the causes and countermeasures of financing difficulty for feed enterprises

我国饲料行业经过近50年的发展已经进入成熟期,企业规模突破万家。企业的发展离不开资金的推动,当下我国饲料企业面临着融资难的困境,特别是中小微饲料企业,缺乏足够的资金制约了企业的进一步发展。本文研究了饲料企业融资的现状特征和困境,并将融资难的成因划分为企业自身因素、外部政策、商业银行制约等因素,依此提出提升企业自身综合实力、完善扶持政策、商业银行体制机制革新等解决对策,以期为饲料企业融资提供建议和参考。

China's feed industry has entered the mature stage after nearly 50 years of development,the scale of enterprises break through ten thousand.The development of enterprises cannot be separated from the promotion of funds.At present,China's feed enterprises are facing the dilemma of financing difficulties,especially the small,medium and micro feed enterprises,which lack sufficient funds to restrict the further development of enterprises.This paper studied the feed characteristics and present situation of financing predicament,and the causes of financing difficulties for the enterpris were divided into their own factors,external policy,and commercial banks constraints.Based on this,this paper put foward some countermeasures,such as improving their own comprehensive strength,improing the supporting policies,commercial bank system and mechanism innovation,etc.In order to provide suggestions and references for feed enterprises financing.
