基于绿色供应链的饲料产品流通管理研究

Research on feed product circulation management based on green supply chain

我国饲料行业经过近50年的发展已步入成熟期,饲料产品通过采购、销售遍布全国各地,甚至远至海外。传统的饲料产品流通管理模式很多通过多级批发、分销或者经过经销商到达养殖户手中,虽然在短期内能拓宽市场,提升销售额度,但在饲料行业竞争白热化的当下,传统供应链模式存在流通效率低下,产品价格被提价等劣势。而绿色供应链模式具有综合评估供应链过程资源效率和环境影响,提升绿色生产、减少成本消耗等特点。将其运用于饲料产品流通过程的管理,能达到资源配置效率高、环境损害小的目标。本文基于绿色供应链下饲料产品流通管理的优势、过程,提出了未来饲料供应链改进措施。

After nearly 50 years of development,China's feed industry has entered the mature stage.Feed products are purchased and sold all over the country,even as far as overseas.Many traditional feed products circulation management mode through multistage wholesale,distribution or through the dealer to farmers,although in the short term broaden the market,improve sales quota,but feed in the white-hot competition in the industry at present,the traditional model low efficiency,the circulation of products,such as tariffs as obvious disadvantage.The green supply chain model has the characteristics of comprehensively evaluating the resource efficiency and environmental impact in the supply chain process,improving green production and reducing cost consumption,which have been widely concerned.It can achieve the advantages of high resource allocation efficiency and small environmental damage by applying it to the management of feed product circulation process.Based on the advantage and process of feed product circulation management under green supply chain,the improvement measures of feed supply chain in the future were put forward.
