摘要
研究了采用硫酸浸出及硫酸+亚硫酸钠还原浸出工艺从某铜钴氧化矿石中浸出铜和钴。结果表明:在硫酸用量为矿石质量的8%、还原剂亚硫酸钠用量为理论量的1.68倍、磨矿粒度-74μm占75%、温度45℃、液固体积质量比3/1、浸出时间4 h条件下,铜浸出率为95.88%,钴浸出率为91.88%,浸出效果较好。
The reduction leaching of copper and cobalt from a copper-cobalt oxide ore was studied using sulfuric acid and sulfuric acid+sodium sulfite solution.The results show under the conditions of sulfuric acid dosage accounting for ore mass of 8%,reduction dosage sodium sulfite usage of 1.68 times of theoretical amount,grinding ore particles with particle size of-74μm accounting for 75%,temperature of 45℃,liquid volume-to-solid mass ratio of 3/1,leaching time of 4 h,the leaching rate of copper and cobalt are 95.88%and 91.88%,respectively,and the good leaching effects are obtained.
