摘要
研究了闪锌矿的氧压浸出并采用收缩核动力学模型分析了浸出反应动力学,考察了氧压浸出温度、初始酸浓度、搅拌速度、氧分压等对锌、铁浸出率的影响。结果表明:最佳条件下,闪锌矿的浸出主要受界面化学反应控制,表观活化能为42.43 kJ/mol;加压酸浸过程中,保持工艺参数稳定对降低浸出速率受扩散的影响及提高浸出率有利。
The oxygen pressure leaching of sphalerite and leaching kinetics were researched.The effects of temperature,initial acid concentration,stirring speed and oxygen partial pressure on leaching of zinc and iron were examined.The results show that under the optimal conditions,leaching reaction is mainly controlled by interfacial chemical reaction,and the apparent activation energy is 42.43 kJ/mol.At the pressurized leaching,keeping the process parameters stable is beneficial to reducing the influence of diffusion on the leaching of zinc,and improving the zinc leaching rate.
