摘要
研究了以正庚烷为稀释剂、双功能性离子液体[A336][P204]为萃取剂萃取分离钼。结果表明:钼萃取率与萃取时间、水相酸度、盐析剂Na2SO4浓度及萃取剂浓度有关;与传统的P204和P204+TBP体系对比,双功能性离子液体[A336][P204]对钼的萃取率更高,反萃取效果更好;[A336][P204]在硫酸体系中萃取钼的最佳条件为:萃取时间15 min,水相pH=2.12,盐析剂Na2SO4浓度0.07 mol/L,[A336][P204]浓度0.1 mol/L,此条件下,钼萃取率达97%,萃取效果较好。
Solvent extraction of molybdenum from sulphuric acid solution using n-heptane as diluent and bifunctional ionic liquid[A336][P204]as extractant was investigated.The results show that the extraction of molybdenum is related to factors such as the extraction time,solution pH,Na2SO4concentration and extractant concentration.By comparison with the traditional P204 and P204+TBP extraction systems,the ionic liquid[A336][P204]has the higher extraction and stripping rate under the same conditions.Under the optimum conditions of extraction time of 15 min,solution pH of 2.12,Na2SO4 concentration of 0.07 mol/L and[A336][P204]concentration of 0.10 mol/L,extraction rate of molybdenum is 97%.The extraction effect is good.
