摘要
研究了通过盆栽油菜并利用水溶性改性羧甲基壳聚糖联合油菜修复铅污染土壤。结果表明:改性后的壳聚糖在水中的溶解度大幅提高,与金属离子的配位作用增强,可以使土壤中的金属铅活性及在植物体内的迁移性提高,作为螯合剂可改善油菜对铅污染土壤的修复效果。
Water-soluble carboxymethyl chitosan was used to remediate lead-contaminated soil.The results show that the modified chitosan solubility in water is improved significantly and the coordination with metal ions is enhanced,the metallic lead activity in soil and mobility in plants can be enhanced,and the remediation efficiency of colza for lead-contaminated soil is improved with chitosan as a chelating agent.
