连续刚构腹板厚度过渡段优化前后对L/4截面处的开裂影响

摘要 以陕西省内某连续刚构桥梁为依托工程,基于有限元软件Madiscivil以及MadisFEA模拟分析了腹板厚度过渡段优化前后力学性能变化,比较了L/4截面处应力变化与裂缝的开展情况。实体有限元模拟计算结果表明,优化后L/4箱梁截面处混凝土应力有所减小,裂缝在顶板处的最终宽度明显降低,且结构优化后对施工工艺及成本影响较小。 According to a continuous rigid frame bridge in Shaanxi province and based on the finite element software Madiscivil and MadisFEA,the mechanical properties of the transition section of web thickness before and after optimization are analyzed,and the stress changes at the L/4 section and the development of cracks are compared.The results of solid finite element simulation show that the stress of concrete at the section of L/4 box girder after optimization is reduced,and the development of cracks at the roof is obviously reduced.And the optimization has little influence on the construction and engineering cost.
