摘要 在分析手推式磨耗状态检测仪基本技术原理的基础上,结合现场各种检测仪器的试验应用情况,对钢轨磨耗状态检测仪的软硬件进行改进.主要通过对带各种噪声原始图片的分析研究,基于Canny算子对检测仪的算法进行优化改进.通过合理地合并计算步骤、压缩计算量等方式,在保证钢轨磨耗状态检测仪必要的检测精度,维持检测系统的运算速度情况下,提高设备对复杂现场环境的适应性,提升设备的实用性. Based on the analysis of the basic technical principle of hand-push rail wear status detector,combining with the test and application of various detection instruments on site,the software and hardware of the rail wear detector were improved.Mainly,the algorithm of the detector was optimized and improved on the basis of Canny operator through the analysis of original images with various noises.The methods such as reasonably combining calculation steps and compressing calculation amount were used.In the conditions that the necessary detection accuracy of the rail wear detector was ensured and the operation speed of the detection system was maintained,the adaptability of the equipment to complex field environment was improved and the practical value of this rail wear detector was enhanced.
