摘要 零能耗建筑是缓解能源紧张和解决社会经济发展与能源供应不足的有效措施,可有效减少温室气体的排放.通过梳理文献介绍我国不同气候区零能耗建筑围护结构的节能设计,主要包括外墙、外窗和屋顶的节能设计,并通过案例分析研究不同气候区零能耗建筑围护结构设计参数对建筑能耗的影响.结果表明:在严寒和寒冷地区,窗墙比对建筑能耗的贡献率较大;在夏热冬冷地区,围护结构的保温系统应优先考虑;对于夏热冬暖地区,提高外墙的传热系数对建筑节能的意义不大.针对零能耗建筑围护结构节能技术难题提出相关建议,并对今后我国零能耗建筑的发展进行展望. Zero energy building is an effective measure to relieve energy tension and solve social and economic development and energy supply shortage,which can effectively reduce greenhouse gas emissions.The energy-saving design of the zero energy building envelope in different climate zones in China was introduced through literature review,which mainly includes the energy-saving design of exterior walls,exterior windows and roofs,the influence of zero energy building envelope design parameters in different climatic regions on building energy consumption was studied through case analysis.The results show that the contribution of window wall ratio to building energy consumption is larger in severe cold and cold regions,the heat preservation system of the envelope should be given priority in hot summer and cold winter regions,but for hot summer and warm winter regions,improving the heat transfer coefficient value of the outer wall has little significance for building energy conservation.Relevant suggestions were put forward for the energy-saving technical problems of zero energy buildings envelope structure,and the development of zero energy buildings in China in the future was prospected.
