摘要
以6061铝合金为研究材料,使用超声工艺对焊接材料进行5和9 min的清洗,研究超声清洗工艺对板件的冷金属过渡(CMT)搭接焊的影响.通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)测试可知,改变清洗溶液的成分和清洗时间可以清洁铝合金表面并破碎铝合金表面氧化膜,提高焊接质量.分别采用超声水洗和超声盐酸清洗工艺,研究不同超声时间下焊缝的质量,并与无清洗铝合金焊缝质量进行对比.结果表明:在保证焊接拉伸质量的前提下,使用超声清洗可以有效优化焊接熔深,使其达到母材的0.25;与超声水洗相比,超声盐酸清洗效果更好;清洗板材焊缝成型系数均值比非盐酸清洗的均值大67.8%.对焊缝的纵向切割分析表明,超声清洗还可以优化焊缝熔深的均匀性,减小气孔的尺寸和数量.
Using 6061 aluminum alloy as the research material,ultrasonic cleaning process was used to clean the welding material for 5 and 9 min to study the influence of ultrasonic cleaning process on the cold metal transition(CMT)lap welding of the plates.Scanning electron microscope(SEM)test shows that changing the composition and cleaning time of the cleaning solution could clean the surface of aluminum alloy and break the surface oxide film of aluminum alloy,thus improving the welding quality.Ultrasonic washing and ultrasonic hydrochloric acid cleaning processes were used respectively to study the weld quality under different cleaning times,and compared with that of non-cleaned aluminum alloy.The results showed that under the premise of ensuring the welding tensile quality,ultrasonic cleaning could effectively optimize the welding depth,making it reach 0.25 of the base material.Compared with ultrasonic washing,ultrasonic hydrochloric acid has better cleaning effect,and the average coefficient of weld formation of cleaned plate is 67.8%higher than that of non-hydrochloric acid cleaning.The longitudinal cutting analysis of weld shows that ultrasonic cleaning can also optimize the uniformity of weld penetration depth and reduce the size and number of pores.
