善于总结经验并运用经验是中国共产党的优秀品格。改革开放以来,以邓小平、江泽民、胡锦涛、习近平为代表的中国共产党人,科学研判动态发展的世界局势、国家形势、党内趋势,积极总结执政党建设的基本经验,逐步深化对马克思主义政党建设内在规律的认识,不断提高总结经验和运用规律的自觉性,推动党的建设理论创新,不断丰富党的建设新内涵,党的建设总目标越来越明确,实现了由从严治党到全面从严治党的历史性转变。

It is the excellent character of the Communist Party of China to conclude and apply experience.Since the reform and opening up,Chinese Communists represented by Deng Xiaoping,Jiang Zemin,Hu Jintao and Xi Jinping have scientifically judged the dynamic world state,national situation and inner-party trend,actively summed up the basic construction experience of the ruling party,gradually deepened the understanding of the inherent laws of Marxist party construction,continuously improved the consciousness of summarizing experience and applying laws,and constantly enriched the theoretical innovation of party construction.Though this way,the overall goal of party construction has become more and more clear,and achieved the historical transition to operate the CPC comprehensively under strict discipline.
