连枷臂(腿)综合征病二例 被引量:1

摘要 肌萎缩侧索硬化(amyotrophic lateral sclerosis,ALS)是一种上下运动神经元均受累的疾病,其可导致快速进展的肌肉萎缩。连枷臂综合征(flail arm syndrome,FAS)和连枷腿综合征(flail leg syndrome,FLS)均为ALS的临床变异型,其临床进展较慢,疾病早期极易误诊[1-3]。现将作者医院收治的FAS及FLS病各1例进行报道,并结合文献总结其临床特点。
