肿瘤治疗理念和技术已经发展到微创和个体化精准医学新时代,由此产生了一系列医学人文的新问题、新认识。从历史与现实角度分析,这些新旧理念冲突、不同价值取向、获益风险分担等不同认识和矛盾是客观和难免的,要通过科学审查评估、共享决策、多学科合作、循证与叙事医学等新措施、新模式予以控制和解决。肿瘤综合防治的精准化、微创化、个体化和人文化方向是医学发展的历史必然,也历经并将继续历经人文学科的阳光雨露和暴风骤雨。在肿瘤医学科研教学与创新实践中,应避免单打独斗,必须加强医学科技与人文学科的大融合、再重塑。

Oncological treatments and techniques are developing into the new era of minimally invasive therapy and precision medicine,yet with a series of new ethical problems and understandings.From historical and practical angle of view,the conflicts between old an new ideas,various values,and sharing of benefits and risks are objective and inevitable.They should be improved and resolved with new models,such as scientific assessment evaluation,doctor-patient co-decision,multidiscipline cooperation,evidence-based medicine and narrative medicine.Oncological treatments will inevitably develop into precisionalized,minimally-invasivalized,individualized model.It's bound to suffer both sunshine and storm.In oncological research,education and practice,medical science and humanities are expected to be integrated and rebuilt.
