人类命运共同体:基于“中国道路”的“全球伦理”

A Community of Shared Future for Mankind:the“Global Ethics”based on the“Chinese Road”

第二次世界大战以来,随着人类社会生产方式的深刻变迁,诸如环境污染、气候变化、物种减少、生物安全等全球性问题凸显,加上核威胁、恐怖主义等非传统安全问题,生活于“地球村”的人类在共同面对的风险挑战面前日益成为“境遇共同体”“利益共同体”“价值共同体”——“命运共同体”。面对“世界怎么了,人类社会向何处去”的“时代之问”,迫切需要以新的智慧创造出契合时代要求的道义准则。新时代的中国特色社会主义,走的是一条“己欲立而立人、己欲达而达人”的和平发展道路,日益繁荣兴盛的中国是世界稳定之锚、全球发展的重要动力源,基于自身发展实践而提炼、升华的“人类命运共同体”,在本质上超越了植根于资本主义制度体系的“国强必霸”“冷战思维”等“零和博弈”的旧有范式,是当今世界唯一能够引领人类摆脱困境、走向新生的“全球伦理”。

Since the Second World War,with the profound changes in the production mode of human society,global issues such as environmental pollution,climate change,species loss,and biological safety,coupled with nuclear threat,terrorism and other non-traditional security issues,the humankind living in the“global village”and facing the common risks and challenges has become“a community of shared circumstance”,“a community of shared interests”and“a community of shared value”,which compose“a community of shared future”.Faced by the“question of the times”of“what’s wrong with the world and where is human society going”,it is urgent to create moral norms that meet the requirements of the times with new wisdom.The socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new road of peaceful development,which requires us to consider the success of others when seeking for our own success.An increasingly thriving China is the world’s anchor of stability and an important source of power for global development.The idea of“a community of shared future for mankind”extracted from the development practice of our own country has essentially surpassed the old paradigms of hegemonism,cold war mentality and other“zero-sum game”paradigms rooted in the capitalist system,thus becoming the only“global ethics”that can lead the mankind out of the dilemma and toward a new life.
