市政道路全要素整治研究与实践

Study and Practice of Total Element Treatment of Municipal Road

城市建设发展的需求带来市政道路设施的种类和数量也日益增多,由此产生大量的立杆需求,国内外经验表明多杆合一建设已然成为趋势且效果显著。近年来上海市也相继出台了“合杆整治技术导则”和“全要素技术规定”,以提升城市环境品质。结合西藏中路(延安东路—福州路)全要素整治工程,探索研究了市政道路全要素整治的主要做法。

The demand of urban construction development will bring more and more types and quantities of municipal road facilities.From this,a lot of upright pole is required.The experience at home and abroad shows that the construction of multi-pole integration has become the tendency with the obvious effects.In recent years,the"Technical Guideline for Multi-pole Integration and Renovation"and the"Total-element Technical Specifications"have been issued in succession to improve the quality of urban environment.Combined with the Xizang Middle Road(East Yanan Road-Fuzhou Road)Total Element Treatment Project,the main practices of total element treatment of municipal road are explored and studied.
