摘要
以电力隧道盾构施工为研究对象,针对复合地层内开挖断面局部存在高强度基岩、盾构自身刀具无法有效破岩施工的难点,且在施工线路周边存在现状民用建筑的情况下,通过采用预爆破处理方案解决了盾构施工中基岩顶进困难的问题,方案中的爆破剂量、间距、起爆网路和安全防护措施保证了爆破施工的安全,并减少施工过程中的风险。
Taking the shield construction of electrical power tunnel as a study object,aiming at the difficulties of high-strength bed rock existing in the local excavated section in the complex stratum and the shield cutter itself hard to efficiently break the rocks,and under the condition of the existing civil buildings around the construction line,the difficult problem of bedrock jacking in the shield construction is solved by the pre-blasting treatment scheme.The blast dosage,interval,initiation network and safety protection measures of the scheme can guarantee the safety of blast construction and reduce the risks in the construction process.
