Development and Application of Operation Management Platform in Sewage Treatment Industry

随着经济发展,全国对环境治理的重视,全国范围内管理的污水处理厂越来越多,地域分布越来越广,管理难度增加。上实环境水务公司随着业务扩张,提出了建设基于B/S架构的污水处理行业的运营管理平台。经过对企业需求的分析及管理制度的梳理,对污水处理行业运营管理的分析,开发了OMP运营管理平台(Operation management platform),以实现集生产运行管理和行政办公管理于一体的运营管理信息化。平台上线后,应用效果显著,提高了企业运营管理的效率,为企业建立了运营历史数据库,为下阶段的污水处理厂智能运营及云决策打下了基础。

With the economic development,more attention is paid to the environmental governance in China.There are more and more wastewater treatment plant(WWTP)managed in the range of China,and the geographical distribution of WWTP is getting wider and wider.The management difficulties are increased.With the business expansion of Shangshi Environment Water Company,the construction of operation management platform(OMP)of sewage treatment industry based on B/S framework is proposed.After the analysis of enterprise demand,the sorting out of management system,and the analysis of operation management of sewage treatment industry,the OMP has been developed to realize the operation management informationization integrating the production operation management and the administrative office management.After OMP is launched,the application effect is obvious,and the efficiency of enterprise operation management is improved,which establishes the historical database of operation for enterprise and lays the foundation for the smart operation and cloud decision of WWTP in the next stage.
