校企深度融合发展背景下高职院校教师自我发展心理压力调适理论与实践研究——以四川天一学院为例

摘要 以四川天一学院为例,通过问卷调查的方式来对校企深度融合发展背景下高职院校教师自我发展的心理压力调适进行研究。本次调查共发放了100份调查问卷,回收了90份,回收率为90.00%。高职院校教师工作量大,服务对象复杂,工作强度超负荷,在养老、没有时间学习/知识贫乏、害怕生病、知识危机感、上级要求变化快、每天要做的事情太多、睡眠不足、教学方式的改变等方面的压力较大,严重压力的占比分别为14.44%、26.67%、24.44%、20.00%、18.89%、17.78%、14.44%、11.11%。教师在心理层面还没有进入职业角色,心理素质有待提高。需提高企业教师的心理技能,实现企业教师的自我教育,对全体教师加强培训,学习自我调节的方法,完善教师考核和激励机制,以期有效缓解高职教师的心理压力,提高教学效率。 Through taking Sichuan Tianyi College as an example,the paper researches self-development mental stress adjustment of higher vocational college teachers under the deep school and enterprise integration development through questionnaire survey.In the investigation,100 questionnaires are issued,90 questionnaires are recycled,and the recovery rate is 90.00%.For vocation college teachers,the workload is heavy,service objects are various,and power of work is overload.Teachers have heavy pressure in the following aspects,such as the retirement,having no time of study/lack of knowledge,being afraid of illness,crisis awareness of knowledge,quick change of requirement from superior,too many things to do everyday,lack of sleep and change of teaching methods.The ratios of heavy pressure are 14.44%,26.67%,24.44%,20.00%,18.89%,17.78%,14.44%and 11.11%.From the teachers’mentality level,they can’s enter the professional role,and their psychological quality needs improvement.It is suggested to improve enterprise teachers psychological skill,achieve their self-education,strengthen the teachers training,help them to study self adjustment method,and perfect teacher assessment and incentive mechanism,in order to effectively vocational teachers’psychological pressure and to improve teaching efficiency.
