摘要
根据不同教育阶段,做好班主任工作角色定位,以正确处理社会、学校、家庭、学生之间的关系。研究内容包括:小学班主任要帮助学生了解和认知社会,成为学生、学校、任课教师的桥梁,与家长协作加深学生的家庭教育,建立和谐班级。中学班主任主要负责引导和加强学生的思想意识、自主学习意识、集体意识,尊重并理解学生青春期的叛逆心理。大学班主任要重点加强大学生价值观教育,维护学生思想的安全与稳定,加强大学生心理健康教育,帮助学生制订职业生涯规划。
The research content covers doing well in role position of the class teacher according to different education stage,and correctly dealing with the relationship of the society,school,family and student.Primary school teachers should help students to understand and perceive society,and become the bridge among the student,school and course teacher.They should deepen the student’s family education through cooperation with patriarches,and establish harmonious class.Teachers in middle schools are mainly responsible for guidance and strengthen student’s ideology,independent study and collective consciousness.They should respect and understand the adolescent treason psychology of students.Class teachers in the university should focus on strengthening college student’s value education,maintaining student’s ideology safe and stable,enhancing college student’s psychological health education,and helping students to formulate career planning.
