基于TPACK框架的高职院校教师信息化教学能力模型

Information Teaching Capability Model of Vocational College Teachers Based on TPACK Framework

以TPACK框架为基础对高职院校教师的信息化教学能力进行分析,发现年长教师信息化教学意愿不强烈,教师们缺少对陌生软件的使用氛围,信息化教学设计与实施没有充分融合。从学习内容设计培训、学习过程设计培训、学习支持设计培训这几方面构建了TPACK视域下高职教师信息化教学能力培养模型系统架构。教师要加强角色转化意识,树立终身学习理念,循序渐进地提升信息化教学能力。

The research analyzes the information teaching capability model of vocational college teachers based on TPACK framework,and finds some problems,including the weak willing of information teaching of older teachers,teachers’lack of usage atmosphere of unfamiliar software and insufficient integration of information teaching design and implement.From learning content design training,study process design training and study support design training,system architecture of information teaching ability training model from TPACK perspective is established.Teachers should strengthen role transformation consciousness,establish lifelong learning concept,and gradually improve information teaching ability.
