摘要
对高职院校体育教学困境及策略进行探究,发现高职院校体育教学思想观念落后,教学方法陈旧,缺乏重视,教学内容未与专业相融合,体育教师综合素质有待提高。体育教学思想仍以传授基本动作和技能为主,忽视了对体育文化、体育精神和体育情感等内容的传授。教师完全处于教学主导地位,将教学内容强硬灌输给学生,学生处于弱势一方,只能被动接受,教师和学生之间没有形成互动。学校更加关心特色专业方面的情况,对体育教学缺乏关注度。部分体育教师科学文化水平较低,教学能力较弱。要更新体育教学观念,改进教学方法,提高重视度,将体育教学内容与专业特点相融合,全面提升体育教师综合素质,以期优化体育教学效果,促进学生身心健康。
The research explores the dilemma and strategies of physical education in higher vocational colleges,and finds that the ideology of physical education in colleges and universities is backward,teaching method is old,there is lack of attention,teaching content is not integrated with major,and physical teachers’comprehensive quality needs increase.Traditional physical education ideology takes basic motion and skill as the principal thing,and neglects the teaching of physical culture,spirit and motion.Teachers play the leading role in teaching.They transfer the teaching content to the students.The students are in the weak position,and accept the knowledge passively.In all,there is no communication between teachers and students.Universities pay more attention to the major characteristics,and lack the attention on physical teaching.Scientific and cultural level of some physical teachers is low,and their teaching ability is weak.It is suggested to innovate physical teaching concept,improve teaching methods,pay more attention,integrate physical teaching content with major characteristics,and comprehensively improve physical teachers’comprehensive quality,in order to improve physical teaching effect,and to promote students’physical and psychological health.
