Study on the Co-construction of Employment Base for College Physical Education Graduates

为增加体育教育专业毕业生的就业优势,指出了毕业生缺乏实际操作技能、无法满足社会用人需求的问题。建立就业基地可以拓宽毕业生就业渠道,为社会输送更多的优秀体育专业人才。介绍了就业基地的主要类型,其为社校共建型和高校独建型。就业基地共建机制能够为学生提供沟通学校和社会的桥梁,提升毕业生的就业竞争力。未来,应不断完善并发挥就业基地共建机制的重要作用,解决毕业生的就业困境。

In order to increase the employment advantages of college physical education graduates,the research points out the problems,such as graduates lacking practical operational skill and not satisfying the social servant demand.It is suggested to establish employment base to widen graduates employment channel,and to transfer more excellent physical talents for the society.There are two types of graduate employment bases,namely,social school co-construction and university self-construction.Co-construction of employment bases can provide students with a bridge between the school and society,and enhance graduates’competitiveness.It is suggested to continuouslyperfect and play the important function of employment base,and solve cmployment dilemma problems.
