大数据背景下高校智慧校园建设研究——以山东华宇工学院为例

Research of Intelligence Campus Construction of Colleges and Universities Under Big Data Background——Through Taking Shandong Huayu University of Technology as an Example

以山东华宇工学院为例对大数据背景下高校智慧校园建设进行研究发现,本院缺失数据整合统计分析能力,信息化管理建设水平相对较低,公共服务体系不健全,业务系统分散且各自独立,各系统之间缺少数据关联,形成了数据信息孤岛,难以满足学校未来的发展建设以及信息化管理配套建设要求。从教学、管理服务、综合决策这几方面分析了本院信息化建设存在的问题。要以创新、开放、融合为智慧校园的核心建设目标。要转变建设思路,从管理向服务转变。转变利用过程,从数字化向智能化转变。转变访问方式,由封闭式向开放式转变。转变组织架构,从部门驱动向业务驱动转变,以期提高信息利用率,优化管理流程。

In the research of intelligence campus construction of colleges and universities under big data background through taking Shandong Huayu University of Technology as an example,it is found that the university lacks the ability of missing data integration analysis,information management construction level is relatively low,public service system is imperfect,operation system is dispersed and independent,and different systems lack data connection so that there is information isolated island.These can’t satisfy the development,construction and information management mating construction requirement of the university in the future.The research analyzes the problems of the information construction from aspects,including teaching,management service and compound decision.It is suggested to regard innovation,openness and integration as the core construction target of intelligent university,transfer construction thinking from management to service,change utilization process from digitization to intelligence,transfer access mode from closed to open,and transfer organization structure from department to business drive,in order to improve information utilization and optimize management process.
