职前幼儿教师专业实践现状调查研究——以某师范大学学前教育专业为例

Present Situation Research of Pre-service Kindergarten Teacher Professional Practice——Through Taking Preschool Education Major in a Normal University as an Example

摘要 以某师范大学学前教育专业为例对职前幼儿教师专业实践现状进行调查研究。本研究的主要调查对象是山西省某师范大学学前教育专业的大学生,研究采用整群抽样的方式进行调查,共发放了187份调查问卷,回收有效问卷175份,回收率为93.58%。结果显示,职前幼儿教师专业实践对其专业发展的促进作用比较明显,但见习次数少,学生独立组织活动次数少,缺乏一线优秀幼儿园教师的实践指导,幼儿园教师对学生见习和实习的认识和支持程度还不够高。职前幼儿教师普遍认为专业实践活动非常重要,但专业实践现状不容乐观。职前幼儿教师对实践导师走进高校的呼声普遍较高,希望得到实践导师的长期指导。对此,需调整和优化职前幼儿教师教育课程结构,设立双导师制并建立幼儿园实践导师长效指导机制,建立高校与幼儿园联合教研教学制度,增加职前幼儿教师和实践导师的交流互动。 The research investigates the present situation of pre-service kindergarten teacher professional practice through taking preschool education major in a normal university as an example.The research investigates the college students in preschool education major in a normal university in Shanxi Province,and uses cluster sampling.187 questionnaires are issued.175 effective questionnaires are recycled,and the recovery rate is 93.58%.The results show that kindergarten teacher professional practice has significant promotion function on his professional development.But there are some problems,i.e.the a few times of practice,not enough student independent activities,lack of the practical guidance of excellent kindergarten teachers,and the cognition and support degree of students internship and practice from the kindergarten teachers.Pre-service kindergarten teachers generally believe that professional practice activities are very important,but the professional practice situation isn’t very good.Pre-service kindergarten students has a high appeal of practical tutors entering into the college,and wish that they can get long-term guidance.Therefore,it is suggested to adjust and optimize pre-service kindergarten teacher education course structure,establish dual tutors system and the kindergarten practical tutor long-term guidance system,build the joint teaching and research of the college and kindergarten system,and strengthen the communication interaction of pre-service kindergarten teachers and practical tutors.We should firmly improve kindergarten teachers training quality to make them rapidly adapt to the development requirement of pre-school education.
