“一带一路”背景下来华留学生事务管理研究——基于云南省高校的调查分析

Research of Transaction Management of International Students in China Under the Background of“One Belt and One Road”——Based on the Investigation Analysis of Colleges and Universities in Yunnan Province

为提升来华留学生管理的科学性,分析了云南省来华留学管理工作的现状,指出了其中存在的问题,提出提升来华留学生事务管理质量的建议。在管理机构方面,应搭建科学有效的管理机构和体系,整合高校和社会各项资源,拓展经费来源和资金的参与渠道,完善信息基础设施建设。在日常事务管理方面,应树立趋同化管理理念以及以人为本的服务型管理理念,关注留学生的心理健康问题,做好留学生的出入境管理。

In order to improve the scientificity of international students in China,we analyze the present situation of international students in China in Yunnan Province,point out the problems,and propose the suggestions for promoting the management quality.From the perspective of management institutions,it is suggested to establish effective discipline management institution and system,integrate various resource in colleges and the society,enlarge expenditure resource and the capital participation and channel,and perfect information infrastructure construction.From the aspect of daily affairs management,it is suggested to establish assimilation management concept and people-orientation service management concept,focus on psychological health problem of international students in China,and do well in entry and exit control and overseas students.
