摘要
IV硫磺装置尾炉产生的烟气通过湿法脱硫装置来脱除烟气中的二氧化硫。脱硫后的烟气由于温度降低,湿度变大,排出烟囱后与冷空气混合,烟气中的水汽骤然凝结形成白烟,容易造成视觉上的污染,可能会产生烟道腐蚀、局部降雨现象。为了降低烟气的可见度,从降低投资成本出发,设计应用直接混合再热工艺,将脱硫塔排出的低温饱和湿烟气与经过尾炉过热段加热的热空气充分混合加热,使混合后的烟气温度升高。既消除了白烟,又充分利用余热,达到一举两得的效果。
The flue gas from tail furnace of IV sulfur unit is removed by wet desulfurization unit.The flue gas after desulfuration decreases in temperature and increases in humidity,and the flue gas is mixed with cold air after being discharged from the chimney.The water vapor in the flue gas suddenly condenses to form white smoke,which is easy to cause visual pollution,and may cause flue corrosion and local rainfall.In order to reduce the visibility of flue gas and reduce the investment cost,the direct mixed reheat process is designed and applied to fully mix and heat the low-temperature saturated wet flue gas discharged from the desulfurization tower with the hot air heated through the superheated section of the tail furnace,so as to raise the temperature of the mixed flue gas.It not only eliminates the white smoke,but also makes full use of the waste heat to achieve the effect of killing two birds with one stone.
