脑卒中后遗症期患者社交障碍的现况调查及影响因素分析

Present status investigation and influencing factors analysis on social intercourse disorder of patients with sequel stage of stroke

目的调查脑卒中后遗症期患者社交障碍的现状,并分析其影响因素。方法采取便利抽样法,选取温州市两家三级甲等医院神经内科门诊的脑卒中后遗症期患者221例,采用一般资料调查表、情绪-社交孤独问卷、巴氏指数量表、社会支持评定量表进行调查。结果221例患者的孤立总分(16.45±9.96)分,孤立发生率为67.87%,孤独总分(17.48±11.76)分,孤独发生率为64.71%;巴氏指数量表总分(69.75±16.85)分,社会支持总分(37.77±7.98)分。二元Logistic回归分析显示,性别、日常生活活动能力和社会支持对脑卒中后遗症期患者社交障碍的预测作用具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑卒中后遗症期患者的社交障碍发生率较高,男性、日常生活活动能力较低、社会支持较低的患者更容易发生社交障碍。

Objective To investigate the present status of social intercourse disorder for patients with sequel stage of stroke and analyze its influencing factors.Method Choose 221 patients with sequel stage of stroke from out-patient department of neurology of 2 grade three class A hospitals in Wenzhou by convenient sampling and investigate them by general information questionnaire,Emotional-Social Loneliness Inventory(ESLI),Barthel Index(BI)and Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS).Result Total score on isolation of 221 patients is(16.45±9.96)and incidence of isolation is 67.87%.Total score on loneliness is(17.48±11.76)and incidence of loneliness is 64.71%.Total score on BI is(69.75±16.85)and total score on SSRS is(37.77±7.98).Binary Logistic regression analysis shows that predictive effect of gender,activities of daily living and social support is statistically significant on social intercourse disorder of patients with sequel stage of stroke(P<0.05).Conclusion Incidence of social intercourse disorder for patients with sequel stage of stroke is high.Male patients,patients with low activities of daily living and low social support are easier to acquire social intercourse disorder.
