高砂率富浆混凝土在老旧水工结构物修复中的应用

摘要 混凝土结构物受各种环境因素的影响,会产生一定的腐蚀老化,造成混凝土表面的剥蚀损坏甚至脱落等危害。对结构物的结构安全和耐久性产生不良影响,因此对受损结构物进行合理加固修复是普遍的有效方法。乌兹别克水电站修复项目因建造年代久远,混凝土结构物存在较重的老化剥蚀现象,因业主资金与工期限制,项目部对受损混凝土结构物采用了置换与加大截面相结合的修复方法对结构物进行了修复。创新使用了高砂率富浆混凝土,充分利用其具有抗冻抗渗能力强、孔隙率低、密实度高、外观质量好等特点,取得了良好的应用效果,工程质量与经济效益良好。 Concrete structures are affected by various environmental factors,which will cause certain corrosion and aging,resulting in damage such as erosion and even shedding of the concrete surface.It has adverse effects on the structural safety and durability of structures,so it is a universal and effective method to strengthen and repair damaged structures in time.Due to the long-term construction of the Uzbek hydropower station repair project,the concrete structure has a heavy aging and erosion phenomenon.Due to the owner's funds and the limitation of the construction period,the project department used a combination of replacement and enlarged section repair methods for the damaged concrete structure.The object was repaired.Innovative use of high-sand-rate mortar concrete makes full use of its characteristics of strong anti-freeze and impermeability,low porosity,high density and good appearance quality.Good application results have been achieved,good project quality and economic benefits.
