Perspective on Application Situation of BIM in China's Construction Industry

基于对某软件商近3年146起BIM应用案例的研究,对BIM应用案例在地域分布、组织方式、应用内容、技术手段、建设项目类型等方面的特征信息进行量化统计和归纳分析,在有限视角范围内,多维度、可度量地描述我国建筑业BIM应用状况,为我国BIM应用状况的表述、企业实施BIM应用的决策提供参考。

Based on the research of 146 BIM application cases of a software vendor in recent three years,this paper quantifies and summarizes the characteristic information of BIM application cases in the aspects of geographical distribution,organization,application content,technical means,construction project type,etc.Within the limited range of perspectives,it can describe the BIM application status of China's construction industry in a multi-dimensional and measurable way.It provided a reference for that to describe the application status of BIM in China,and to make a decision of BIM application in enterprises.
