摘要
随着我国社会经济的不断发展,我国在国际上的影响力也随之上升,与此同时海外工程数量也在不断增加,但由于国际环境和形势与国内相比差距较大,对海外工程项目而言存在较大的风险。这为工程企业带来不小的管理难度,因此相关企业要加强海外工程项目风险管理,增加企业的经济效益和社会效益。针对海外工程项目中的风险管理题型进行简单的讨论分析。
