摘要
介绍了电伴热和水伴热技术的特点、应用范围及主要技术措施,结合工程案例从伴热特点、投资和运行维护等方面比较了电伴热和水伴热在管道防冻系统中的设计方案,两种伴热方式在初次投资成本差异不大,有市政供热、并可利用采暖换热站的条件下,水伴热运行费用较低,可优先采用水伴热防冻方案。
This paper introduces the characteristics,application scope and main technical measures of electric heat tracing and water heat tracing technology.Combined with engineering cases,the paper compares the design scheme of electric heat tracing and water heat tracing in pipeline antifreeze system from the aspects of heat tracing characteristics,investment,operation and maintenance,etc.There is little difference in cost between the two heat tracing methods in the initial investment.Under the condition of available Municipal heating and heating stations,the running cost of water heat tracing is relatively low,so the anti-freezing scheme of water heat tracing can be preferred.
