“医患纠纷”问题解决路径实证研究——以疫情防控期间暴力伤医案例为视角

Empirical study on the solutions of“doctor-patient disputes”——From the perspective of violent harming doctors during the epidemic prevention and control

近年来,医疗卫生领域医患纠纷频发,暴力“杀医”“伤医”事件时有发生,不仅破坏了医疗卫生秩序,也严重影响了社会和谐稳定。导致医患纠纷屡禁不止的原因主要有医疗卫生服务体系不健全,医患纠纷救济不力,相关立法、司法环节亟待完善等。从根本上解决医患纠纷,要从弥补现行立法、司法等环节的缺陷入手,健全医疗卫生服务体系,建立完善多元化纠纷解决路径,从而做到标本兼治,保证医疗卫生事业长远健康发展。

In recent years,there have been frequent doctor-patient disputes in medical and health field,and incidents of violent“killing doctors”and“harming doctors”have occurred from time to time,which not only disrupted the medical and health order,but also seriously affected social harmony and stability.The reasons for repeated doctor-patient disputes are mainly due to the imperfect medical and health service system,the ineffective relief of doctor-patient disputes and the urgent need to improve relevant legislation and judicial links.To resolve doctor-patient disputes fundamentally,we must start from remedying the shortcomings in the current legislative,judicial and other links,improving the medical and health service system,establishing and improving diversified resolutions to the disputes,so as to address both symptoms and root causes to ensure the long-term development of medical and health services.
