“食品工程原理”线上教学的策略与实践

摘要 信息化教学的兴起,推动了教育领域的大变革,为传统教学改革提供了新思想、新方法.文章以“食品工程原理”课程为例,借助“超星学习通”线上教学平台,根据线上教学的特点,对以往实施的“线上与线下融合”的混合式教学策略进行改进,为“完全线上”教学模式提供一种思路. The rise of information-based teaching promotes the great reform in the field of education and provides new ideas and methods for the reform of traditional teaching.Taking the course of“Principles of Food Engineering”as an example,with the help of“Super star learning Access”online teaching plat⁃form,based on the characteristics of online teaching,this paper improves the former hybrid teaching strat⁃egy of"online-merge-offline"and provides a strategy for the“full line”teaching model.This paper main⁃ly introduces the online teaching strategy of“Principles of Food Engineering”from the aspects of preclass preparation,classroom teaching process,strengthening training,learning supervision and so on.
