摘要
目的人参是我国传统中药材,在医学上有良好的临床治疗作用。本文探究发育年限及不同栽培方式对人参内生细菌多样性的影响。方法选取辽宁省桓仁县野生自然抚育、田间人工种植以及幼苗移栽3种主要种植模式的人参作为样本,采用高通量测序法研究参内生细菌的多样性。结果在自然条件下生长的林下山参、移山参和园参内发现了不同的共生菌。同参年下,林下山参的内生菌多样性最高。林下山参内生菌伴随植物的生长过程中,逐渐演变形成稳定且相近似的群落。结论分析表明,人参的生长发育过程以及不同的栽培方式均对人参内生菌群落多样性有显著影响。
Objective Ginseng is a traditional Chinese medicinal material in China,which has a good therapeutic effect in medicine.To explore the effects of ginseng age and cultivation method on the diversity of symbiotic bacteria in ginseng.Methods Ginseng obtained from three main planting patterns in Huanren County,Liaoning Province were selected as the samples.Symbiotic bacterial diversity was investigated by high-throughput sequencing.Results Different symbiotic bacteria were found in the forest growing ginseng under natural conditions,transplanted wild ginseng and cultivated ginseng.The forest growing ginseng had a higher microbial diversity.The endophytes of the forest growing ginseng would gradually evolve into a similar community during the growth.Conclusion Analysis showed that the development process and different cultivation patterns of ginseng had significant effects on ginseng endophytic community diversities.
