摘要
船舶改装工程项目主要为钢结构改装和管系铺设,有效控制船舶在浮态下的变形值,是安全生产及高质量生产的基础。文章以实际项目为例,通过计算和有限元建模分析来预测变形量,并与实际监测值比较,由此来指导并控制实际船舶的变形量,为相关企业在关于船舶改装施工中的变形控制提供了参考。
Ship refitting projects are mainly steel structure refitting and piping laying,effectively controlling the deformation of the ship in a floating state,which is the basis for safe production and high-quality production.Taking the actual project as an example,the article predicts the amount of deformation through calculation and finite element modeling analysis,and compares it with the actual monitoring value,so as to guide and control the actual amount of deformation of the ship.Control provides reference.
